Summary
iATN TechHelp is the heart of our network. This is where thousands of automotive technicians from all over the world exchange information and ideas, 24 hours a day. Your personalized TechHelp page is the central clearinghouse for all things related to TechHelp (example shown below). You can open a new help request, update or close requests that you currently have open, add further comments to help requests you have closed in the past, help other members with their vehicle problems, update your current subscription settings, view the current TechHelp stats for you and the rest of iATN, and more. Premium members have access to even more TechHelp features, described here.

TechHelp Email
Once you join the network, you will begin receiving TechHelp email help requests from other members, in summary format (sent nightly). You may switch to a different format (such as receiving individual help requests as they are sent), different volume level (choices range from receiving 0 to 70 help requests per day), and choice of topics from the account settings page, once you are a member. TechHelp email is currently split up into 5 major topics (Asian, Chrysler, European, Ford, and GM), and 10 subtopics (A/C, Body, Brakes, Chassis, Driveability, Electrical, Engine, Misc., PowerTrain, and Transmission issues), providing 50 combinations for you to choose from. You can mix and match which topics you receive to focus on your specialties.
Note: Members are expected to offer help prior to asking for help, and members are limited in the number of help requests they can send each month.

TechHelp is available from the members home page. Members can go directly to this feature now.
